At Kiefer Aquatics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your swim gear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are in resalable condition and securely sealed in a shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
